Our Team
Loris Mazloum
With 15 years of firsthand experience in the travel visa industry, Loris understands the challenges faced by today's travelers. He recognized that the right technology could be transformational in simplifying the visa process. From 2011 to 2016, Loris successfully operated a B2C venture in the US.
In 2018, when he moved back to Europe, Loris created SimpleVisa to continue his mission. He is passionate about designing elegant and efficient software solutions to solve any business problem. Loris's young family benefits from his drive to resolve technical challenges as he always believes that there is a solution to every problem.
Christian Baillet
Christian has 20 years selling travel technology on a global stage whilst working for Amadeus in Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. This experience has allowed him to develop business relationships within the travel community such as airlines and travel agencies.
Christian and his family have now settled in the Gironde region a perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors, in particular a world of kitesurfing.
Jerome Le Feuvre
Jerome founded multiple start-ups, including News Republic's which was acquired by Bytedance (TikTok). His experience in starting and scaling up successful companies and expertise in digital business models add great value to SimpleVisa.

Ysée is currently finishing her master's degree in international business, with a focus on the travel market and how technology is driving its evolution. She has a passion for travel and has had many adventures around the around theworld.

Julia Botija
Julia has more than 20 years of experience in travel-related IT companies. Her expertise is sales and account management. Julia represents SimpleVisa in all Spanish and Portuguese speaking territories.

Aleksandra Arnaudoska
Our resident Travel Agency expert is Aleksandra, she is from Macedonia and is currently undertaking a Digital Marketing course which will enhance her already considerable marketing knowledge.
Aleksandra’s passion for everything travel and her desire for otherpeople to experience the joy of travel more easily, has led her to the door of SimpleVisa, a valued team player to our growing family
Ivana Sion
Ivana is our resident Traveller Success Professional, we are fortunate to have Ivana’s experience at SimpleVisa as she has worked for a number of SaaS companies over the years specifically within the customer success arena.
You arein 'good hands' as Ivana’s dedication, knowledge and commitment to her work ensures our new customers have a smooth transition in the the SimpleVisa family and Ivana will be sure to support our customers wherever necessary. Spending time in nature with her family is very important to Ivana as well as letting the noise of a busy day fade into the background with a good book or board game.
Jovanka Sion Dolenc
Jovanka has studied in Macedonia and the UK and has over 15 years of experience in educating and supporting youth groups working in both the charitable and private sectors, gaining qualifications with organisations such as the RedCross.
A self-starter Jovanka has also educated herself on how best to deal with conflict resolution successfully. Supporting others is in Jovanka’s blood and these experiences have helped her guide our customers effortlessly through the simple visa application process. When Jovanka is not at work she is fascinated and intrigued by the art of microbiology and the odd board game.
Fauni Ambarsari
Fauni has worked as a product manager/product owner for various IT companies in more than 7 countries with experience in improving prioritization and product planning. In SimpleVisa, she collaborates with cross-functional teams through all product development processesand manages the product from product discovery to product design, delivery, and release.
In her freetime Fauni has a love for Anime which is the hand-drawn and computer-generated animation originating from Japan.
Hoang Nguyen
Hailing from Vietnam is Hoang with over 3 years of web development experience he has built up a diverse range of skills and attributes. Hoang joined SimpleVisa as a software engineer and his positive, enthusiastic and creativeapproach has allowed him to deliver solutions with the end user in mind.
In his free time Hoang is extremely active, a sports enthusiast especially in martial arts where he has a black belt in Taekwando.
Rendy Tri Ferdian
Rendy without doubt loves to create. A true artist at heart with a tilt towards becoming a skateboard professional. Currently he is using his creativity and energy as a developer/programmer for SimpleVisa. This is particularly exciting ashe has ideas that are " out of the box”.
Rendy gets much of his artistic inspiration from long Indonesian mountain hikes to feed his creativity.
Zakarias Santanu
Zak has garnered a broad range of programming and technical talents from solving everyday coding problems to more complex issues like implementing API’s, Automation and Website development as well as being a real Ruby enthusiast.
Zak’s downtimeis spent with friends and family and a passion for guitar playing, with high hopes he one day turns from developer to musician.
Our service
Electronic visas (eVisas) and travel authorizations (eTAs) - collectively known as Electronic Entry Requirements (EERs) - are the fastest growing travel requirements globally. Today, 53 countries have introduced an EER. This includes many of the world's most visited countries such as: the USA, Thailand, Turkey, Russia, and Saudi Arabia.
Over the next year, this number will almost double as 41 more countries launch an EER, bringing the total number of countries with EERs to 94. This includes countries and regions such as: The EU & Schengen Area, South Korea, Japan, and Morocco.
This new and rapidly evolving reality of international travel leaves many passengers unaware of additional travel documents they need, until they are denied boarding at the gate.
SimpleVisa's integrations make it easy for Airlines, OTAs, and other travel providers to notify their customers of the required travel requirements and guide them through a friction-less application experience as an ancillary service.
The Story of Simple
Loris started SimpleVisa in 2018 with the dream to make it easy for people to meet across continents. He quickly won a hackathon with Air Berlin, and a first distributor contract with eTraveli. (When all international travel stopped because of the pandemic, Loris put the company to sleep.)
Early 2022, as travel was picking up again, Christian met Loris. Timing was good. They saw a great opportunity in joining forces to make SimpleVisa a success. Loris develops a state-of-the-art platform to digitize administrative travel processes. Christian knows the people in the travel industry and understands their business.
The new SimpleVisa quickly met success. We were humbled to receive the “startup innovation award” at the Future Travel Experience conference in Dublin. Travel vendors like Otravo, Vacavia, and more, started using our visa processing platform to better serve their clients. Julia joined us to boost our distribution in Spain.
SimpleVisa is a truly global company. Our development team is mostly based in Asia, while Customer Service is delivered out of Macedonia. The team brings together work and life experience across all continents. We love to help travellers all around the world. Born global is our DNA.
