No, and we won't pretend to. Consulate and VFS appointments stay with the traveler. What we do: requirements for all 190+ destinations tell your customer exactly which documents, fees and timelines apply, and the 80+ destinations that run electronic processes (eTAs, e-visas, travel authorisations) we file completely, so your staff never open a government portal.
Do we need to be IATA or ABTA accredited to use it?
No. Visas are not ticketing, so no accreditation gates the product. Open a Desk account, top up the wallet, and the first order can go through the same day.
Who is the merchant of record at our counter?
You are, on Desk. The customer pays your agency in pounds, on your own terminal, at your price. The wallet settles our wholesale side and runs prepaid in EUR or USD.
What does it cost?
The consular fee at cost, never marked up, plus a processing fee from €29 per application, falling to €19 past 500 a month. Agent seats are free at every level.
