Pricing

Three models. The difference is who sells to the traveler.

The coverage, the processing and the support are identical across all three. What changes is who is merchant of record. That decides whose name is on the payment and who sets the price.

Counter and phone Free seats

Desk

Your agents place the order for the customer in front of them, at the counter or on the phone, and you resell at your own price.

$29 / application

Wholesale processing fee on top of the consular fee: $24 from 100 a month, $19 from 500. No seat licence, no minimum.

You are merchant of record
Unlimited agent seats
Branches, roles and per-branch reporting
Requirement lookup built into the console
Prepaid wallet or 30-day invoice
Resell at any price you like
Every order named to an agent

Why seats are free. Every agent you put on Desk is business we would not otherwise see. Charging per seat would be charging you to send us less.

Support: Email, two business days

See Desk
For volume $5,000/mo minimum

Platform licence

You sell the visa. Your gateway, your price, your brand; we process behind it.

$12 / application

$5,000 monthly minimum, drawn down at $12 per application. About 420 applications a month uses it up. Past that, each application is $12.

You set the traveler price and keep the margin

Why the white label is clean here. You take the payment, so you are the seller of record. That is the only arrangement where our name can come off entirely.

Consular fees are passed through at cost and vary by destination. Currency and taxes follow the traveler's country.

Settlement

We never mark up a consular fee. So someone has to fund it.

Every destination charges its own fee and we pass it through at cost. Whoever holds the traveler's money funds it; that is decided by your model, set when your account opens, and never renegotiated order by order.

Revenue share Nothing to fund
Traveler → SimpleVisa → Government

The traveler pays us at checkout, and we pay the government out of that same charge. You are never out of pocket, and neither are we.

Cadence Settled at checkout
Desk Prepaid wallet
Traveler → Your counter → Wallet → Government

You top up a balance; each order draws the consular fee and our processing fee the moment it is placed. Auto top-up keeps it above your floor.

Cadence Drawn down per order
Platform licence Daily direct debit
Traveler → Your gateway → SEPA debit → Government

You hold the traveler's money, so you fund the fee. A B2B mandate debits the previous day's consular fees each morning; the licence is invoiced monthly.

Cadence Debited next morning
Auto top-up
Set a floor and a recharge amount. We top up the balance from the account on file before it runs out, so nobody at a counter discovers it at 9am.
If funding fails
Orders queue for 24 hours and we tell you straight away. Nothing is submitted half-paid, and no traveler is left holding a broken application.
Not on SEPA?
Card auto-recharge or a prepaid balance in EUR or USD. Net-30 terms are available on credit approval as an add-on.

Questions we get asked

Why can't I remove your logo on the free model?
Because we take the payment. Card networks and consumer law require the merchant of record to be identifiable to the person being charged. The moment you run the payment on your own gateway, you are the seller, and the white label is genuinely yours.
What are Elements?
A small JS library. Drop a requirements or checkout component into your own page and travelers never leave your site. Free on every model: it is how applications reach us, so charging for it would be self-defeating.
Then why is the Requirements API an add-on?
Because it can be consumed without ever sending an application, and applications are what pay for the coverage team. Process through us and the lookups behind them cost nothing.
Do I have to talk to sales?
Not for revenue share: create an account, get keys, go live. Sales exists for the platform licence and for add-ons that need scoping.
Can I get custom development?
Yes, quoted per scope, on top of a platform licence. We do not take custom work on revenue share; that is what keeps the product cheap for everyone who does not need it.

Not sure which

Start on revenue share. Move to a licence when the margin is worth the gateway work.

Nothing to migrate when you switch: same account, same applications, same Elements. You just start taking the payment yourself.
