Saudi Arabia's official tourist visa portal, visa.visitsaudi.com, now lists 72 eligible countries. When we checked it on 2 November, it listed 68. The four new entries are Mexico, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.
For travellers from these four countries, this means they can apply online for the Saudi tourist eVisa instead of applying for a visa through an embassy. North Macedonia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs had announced on 22 October that its citizens could get the visa online or on arrival. The portal now confirms it, along with the other three.
We have not found a Saudi announcement giving a start date for the four countries. We date the change from the portal: absent on 2 November, listed on 5 November.

Check the portal's eligible-country list before you confirm a Saudi trip for these passports, and keep the embassy route as the fallback for purposes the tourist eVisa does not cover, such as study or work. Send travellers to the official portal, visa.visitsaudi.com, and warn them about look-alike sites. We will update this article if Saudi Arabia publishes an announcement with different dates or conditions.
